What can you actually help with?

Bug reports, corrections to a tool or article, questions about how a calculator arrived at its number, and suggestions for tools or topics we haven’t covered. We can’t give plumbing, structural, legal, or financial advice, or price out your specific job.

How fast will I hear back?

There’s no fixed turnaround — SinkPoint is a small, advertising-supported site, not a support desk. We read what comes in and reply when we can; a clear bug report or correction usually gets handled faster than an open-ended question.

Before you write in

If it’s about a specific calculator, name it and include the numbers you entered — the Water Usage, Sink Installation Cost, Sink Capacity, Drain Slope, Dishwasher Cost, or Countertop Cutouttool — so the issue is faster to track down.

Is this the place for plumbing questions?

Not really. We can explain why a tool gave a certain number, but we’re not a substitute for a licensed plumber, fabricator, or your local building department when it’s time to actually buy materials or cut a counter.
